A very special workshop about SILK
organised by two knowledgeable professionals
Endless Strings
with Priscilla Lowry and Fiona Nisbet
in Shrewsbury
This workshop will include a combination of spinning, knitting, crochet, tearing, plaiting and cobbling together to make reconstituted yarns - you'll be able to add a real "WOW" factor to your textile projects. Come along and find out more..... You'll also have the opportunity to try out dyeing silk and weaving with your fabulous yarns. All you need to bring with you is an old man's tie (not necessarily from an old man... - maybe it should be a "used man's neck tie!).
Priscilla Lowry (www.priscillasilks.co.nz) is coming back to the UK from NZ for a short visit not only to present a number of workshops and lectures, but also to promote her two books about her passion - SILK.
Places will be limited so let Fiona know if you’re interested or would like more details.
